Multi-Megapixel Cameras
Avigilon offers a complete line of high performance Gigabit Ethernet cameras, ranging in resolution from VGA to 16 Megapixels. Offering true 14-bit dynamic range and extreme sensitivity across the entire visible spectrum and into near infrared wavelengths, Avigilon surveillance cameras see well beyond human vision.
Gigabit Transmission
All Avigilon cameras transmit their images over Gigabit Ethernet. Gigabit Ethernet cameras can stream images 10 times faster than cameras that only support 100 megabit Ethernet. The high data rate provided by Gigabit Ethernet allows Avigilon cameras to deliver high resolution images at high frame rates without lossy compression.
Lossless Recording
The use of lossy compression in conventional surveillance recorders introduces image artefacts and destroys potentially important evidence. Avigilon recorders use lossless compression to capture image data exactly as it is produced by the camera’s sensor, ensuring that all images evidence is preserved.
Enhanced Viewing
Simultaneously view live and recorded muti-magapixel surveillance streams. Built-in image enhancement features reveal image details, in real-time, that are invisible to the human eye.
Rapid Deployable Kit (RDK) option
A easy to deploy colour option is available for tactical surveillance to meet critical operational requirements whether planned or in an emergency.
